The Study of Calibration for the Hybrid Pixel Detector With Single Photon Counting in HEPS-BPIX

The calibration process for the hybrid array pixel detector designed High Energy Photon Source in China, we called HEPS-BPIX, is presented this paper. Based on threshold scanning, relationship between energy and quantified calibration. For trimming, precise algorithm basing LDAC characteristic fast scanning are proposed paper to study performance of DACs which will be applied pixel. dispersion has been reduced from 46.28 mV without 6.78 with algorithm, whereas it 7.61 algorithm. temperature 5 60 , varies range about 5.69 mV, 33.21 can re-corrected 1.49 mV. measurement results show that could get applicable a silicon module take shorter time, while better dispersion, but time consuming. dependence noise also studied assess working status. minimum detection 0.83 keV at 20 lower temperature.
